Cebu needs a convention center

but CICC is just poorly planned.

a convention center should be near 4 and even 5 star hotels

there should be establishments around it like restaurants, shops, night life.

what do participants do after they are finished for the day.

the need to relax and enjoy cebu

as ive said b4 ... give CICC some time to prove its worth ug unsa iyang kaha contribute sa cebu. kng dli gani mo click mo tabang pa gani ko nmo ug labay kamatis sa CICC. but am optimistic that it wont happen

when you can easily fly anywhere

you just don't think small...

there are competitors already

and all you can present is that CICC.... you are right in the middle of desert... that is CICC...

and CICC is not las vegas.... so where will people go CICC or las vegas...

Las vegas was lucky because travelling anywhere was not easily available.

now anyone can travel anywhere.... even las vegas has to compete with Macau now.... and soon singapore will have a casino...

Think GLOBALIZATION... the best offer wins... so will CICC win?

so with that in mind you are competing almost everywhere from singapore to tokyo....

actually last january we had 6 singaporeans who came here.

We brought them to Badian, Medellin, Mactan

CICC won't impress them..

They see better convention centers in singapore....

as wat Kolz said...it takes singapore decades to develop the area..ang CICC is the start pa lang....later basin na-a nay hotels n restaurants magtukud dha....sugdan nman gali ang malls dha ug tukud...magsunod sunod na ug tukud dha dapita....

ka-alegre ani uy...nganu i compare man nato atong kaugalingon sa mga developed countries....layo ra gyud ta i-compare sa imung gipang mention ..but in due time basin ma-level ta ana nila....it will take a lot of time before nato maabot atong ambition...we have to start now...n ang CICC mao pana ang sugud sa tanan...maybe later magtukud na pud ta ug much better sa CICC...kana if maka aford na ta....
