sa akong case, ok raman as long as dili lang butangan ug sugar kay mostly sa mga juices naa na daan. as long as ur eating right and with enough rest and exercise, i think ok ra man.

Yup, one common cause kay acidic mana ang juice, kun naa naka ana nga sakit kay bawal ang coffee, Softdrink, ginger, garlic, vinegar, chocolait, juice etc. daghan na jud bawal, try to avoid nalang kay mahal raba ang tambal.

depende sa juice if its natural extracted from fruit then it is very healthy...but mostly in pack or bottle it already contian preservative which is not good and some also contain artificial flavor...

but the best thing to drink is the calamansi juice...it makes u more healthier its very natural and very cheap...

OK ra man na ang over intake sa juice basta lang kanang pure natural fruit juice nya walay sugar ug conservative. Di li man kaha kanang juice nga TANG, COLD AID, etc? Pure chemical man na sila. Kanang over intake sa vitamin C ok ra na kay ang the rest nga dili ma absorve sa imong body kay ikalibang ra na sila.
