ang payroll account is a savings deposit personal account for each employee..

ang atm which is a modern substitute sa bank book is there to facilitate faster financial transactions..

but now adays, tungod sa ka hightech sa panahon, ang atm mura nasd mo function as a debit card..

so, need gyud ni ma clarify kay i think all withdrawal from a savings deposit are considered debit transactions?, i think..
actually, dapat wala unta na gi-mention nila sa report ang "debit card" nga term para dili ma-confuse ang mga tawo...

sakto ka bro, most of the ATM cards nowadays can be used as debit cards too..

ang gi-ingon sa news, kato ra daw mga cash cards nga reloadable thru other means, see below:

Q: How do you reload a BDO Cash Card?
A: *Go to the nearest BDO branch, fill out the card sale/reload slip or
Via ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Internet Banking, Phone Banking or Mobile Banking
source: BDO Unibank, Inc. | Banco De Oro | BDO Philippines | BDO Personal Banking

Diba basta regular ATM, deposit slip man gamiton?

I hope na-gets nani sa mga tawo.. hehehe..

Pareha ra man siguro ni sa Smart Money ang pasabot nila na cash cards. Ang Smart Money diay kay ang partner bank kay BDO. Every transaction sa Smart Money such as Balance Inquiry, Reload Prepaid, Transfer Fund and etc kay naay charge na P2.50, same as ATM withdrawal sa BDO ATM machines.

Kung atoa sutaon, mas mahal pa man gani ang charges sa Smart Money(take note, ubay2x nasad ang mga companies na nagamit og SM sa ila payroll accounts). Pero so far, wala pa man sad ko nabalitaan or nadunggan na daghan reklamo about sa charges.

I maintained to BDO savings accounts pero so far, wala pa man ko kabantay nga naay P2 na charges per withdrawal as of last month(September). Ang uban lang gyud nato kay dali kaayo maratol, push the panic button dayon. Hehe
