    nag pa encash ko sa china bank cityhall dapit gahapon 1:00pm perteng taasa sa linya.. den pag akoa nang number gi tawag, wala pa jud ma encash akong cheque kay offline sila. pagka atay...

    Bank tellers nowadays (based lang sa ako experience) dli na kaayo maayo ug customer service... they seem more strict than accomodating...
