coz they dont want their server to be overcrowded without earning... simply means as of the moment they dont see any market in the phil coz we dont have paypals, verified visa etc... but im sure they are working on that..

pwede man ka dula sa japan server,

wala pa man gud global server karon gud,,so for the meantime adto lang usa sa japan....hope this help
