hehehe i dont think it wouldn't matter from where the scammer is.. the bottom point is that to know who the person you are making transactions with, and most especially his/her background.. i think dont think what the cebuano did is just a tip of the iceberg to what the manila people did or something.. there are even cebuanos who are scamming kapwa cebuanos.. and i think same rapud na sa manila.. just take extra caution lang jud in making transactions with people and dont give your all out trust right away..
