lag ang computer, format ra ang solusyon?

hi guys, maybe common ni nga problem.

akong specs sa pc is (if kelangan)..

-Windows XP
-Professional
-Version 2002
-SP2

-Intel(R)
-Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz
2.80Ghz, 248MB of RAM

(Running nod32 and mcafee, walay update2, gi try na before ug limpyu wala gihapon mu work, deepfreeze and C:/)

basta di ka mag internet (offline lang jud, like typing or himug powerpoint) dili sha lag.
pero basta mag net na (usually facebook, youtube, basa2 ug forums) mu lag

a.) basta mag facebook, mu hang-up ug kalit, nya naay mu pop up nga message nga "unresponsive script".
b.) mag youtube ko, di ko ka tan.aw ug 360p and higher nga videos, kelangan i low-res aron smooth ang video

so the bottomline is, dili jud smooth pag run sa akong computer, unsaon mani? defrag? disk clean-up? or iformat nlng jud? thanks

uhmm try daw ug defragment disk TS! Or gamit mga cleaner softwares for example CCleaner etc2x... Pero og di jud mada if lag gihapon last option nmu is reformat nlng jud. Good luck
