Hahay.. sad to say.. sa Mandaue, a change in leadership is really needed. Subra pa sa guba. Eventhough I am not from Mandaue, I will not vote sa Ouano guy

I think voters should think many many times before the pick the next mayor in mandaue city. We don't want another Cebu records for overpricing or something like that, right?
