[Tutorial] Updating your CM Flare (Easy way)

try Fast Booting it thru AIO Flasher its the best way to fast boot (worked for everyone)

-Turn On your Phone Normally
-Plug it in via USB (Debug Mode not USB Storage)
-Open AIO Flasher
-In the Reboot Menu choose [Fast Boot Mode] > press reboot
-Wait for your phone to reboot
-Usually your phone will be static @ Cherry Mobile Splash Screen then you can start flashing

1. download Pdanet for windows here:
Download PdaNet

2. install nyo then fallow nyo lang instruction (note wag nyo muna iconnect ung phone sa usb ah). when ask kung anong phone ang meron kau choose ung other brands

3. when ask to cannect ung phone connect nyo na (note: be sure na usb debugging is enabled -makikita ito sa settings developer option check nyo ung usb debugging ). wait nyo lang macomplete ung installation/ driver instalation hanggang sa matapos, wala kaung gagawin kundi magintay..

after completion ng dinstalation ng pdanet.. time to root

4. download this file:
Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v15.7z

5. Unzip nyo tpos DOUBLE CLICK nyo ung "RUNME.BAT" . COMMAND prompt windows will appear. .. hit nyo "1" then enter. (1 is normal rooting kung babasahin nyo)

6. wait lang kayo hanggang sabihin ng command promp na kelangang restore ung phone. check nyo ung phone nyo hit nyo ung "restore my data" tpos wait lang kayo magrestart yan.. wait lang kayo hanggang sabihin ng COMMand prompt na press anykey . press anykey kayo tpos wait nyo lang mag-on na si FLARE.. then aun rooted na yan

Use these steps below to update your phone

[/FONT][/COLOR]- On AIO Flasher tab, under Fastboot Flasher(NANDroid Restorer), Select Parition;
(Depende po kung anong file e flash mo either System, Boot, Recovery..)

- Then Select File, browse the img file to use when Flashing. (kung system.img, dapat system din pinili sa Select Partition.. ganun din gawin mo sa boot at recovery dapat boot piliin sa Select Partition kung boot.img ang e flash mo.. )

- Check the Erase box and finally click Flash and wait until it completes flashing the img file to you phone. (Makikita mo yong button ng Flash ay naging Flashing.. wait mo lng matapos at magiging Flash ulit yong nsa button...

NOTE:
(Gawin mo yan steps 5 and 6 one after the other or isa-isa, meaning tatlong beses ka mag flash dahil tatlong file yan yong system, boot at recovery)

- Reboot your phone. (change reboot menu to "From Fastboot", then click reboot)

ako lang mag.update ani para pud dili ko ma-ihas need lang ko gamay nga guide ky noob pako sa tanan noob lols, since bag.o pa ni palit ako flare no need na nako back.up sa ako files right?
wala pa nako mabutangan ug mga files pa pud, so diritso nako ani nga steps? sakto bah?, salamat daan

by the way im using a windows 7 64bit, naa ba problem ma encounter ana?

sa may service center nila sa QC Pavilion (along Gorodo Ave. in Lahug, near West Gorordo Hotel) lang pwede magpa update. ang mga CM kiosk dili na sila mo update. actually ignorante pod na sila sa mga update sa CM...
