most of the RC tradition is not written in the Bible...
but even some christian denominations practice traditions which are not written
    or from the RC tradition.

thanks bai, glad to have helped. ayaw kaulaw ug pangutana bai kay natural ra na..it doesnt mean nga you're a Catholic it would follow nga you should already know every single detail about Catholicism.
i too once asked the same question.

by questioning,we find answers and by finding the answers we learn.

agree bai, however the traditions are based from the bible or at least have biblical references.
may not necessarily appear on the Bible as they were but are believed to be practiced by early Christians and the apostles themselves.there are some which can be traced from Jewish practices as most of the apostles are Jews..
    through apostolic succession.

The bible also states about believers to follow the traditions of church
given either by letter or word of mouth.

There is nothing in the bible that speaks about infant baptism [citation needed], but implications of it does exist, kamo nlay pangita kay wa ko ma sweto.. im not trying to be an expert here so ill just speak in behalf of myself and what i know..

Before ma baptized ang tawo it is said nga dpat naa na siya sa age of reason, nkasabot na siya nganong bunyagan siya ug sa mga teachings sa bible, mao nang ang ubang religion dagko na ang pangbunyagan.. pero sa case sa RC maong infant ang bunyagan is para ma cleansed ang bata sa original sin, you know katong sala ni Adan ug Eva, im not really sure why but for some reason every child daw naay original sin implanted in them, kay as long as naay sin dili daw malangit,. na mention gani na sa mga pari nko asta sa Dante's Inferno ni Alighieri, limbo man siguroy tawag ana..

but to be fully initiated naay gitawag nila nga confirmation, kanang kurosan sa obispo imong agtang, they say it's 2nd baptism but i dont know. if tn-aw nimo nga andam nka modawat sa Ginoo ug nkasabot nka sa iyang mga tinguha then magpa conpirma nka, and if you are a RC you better should kay prerequisite na kong mag minyo ka hehehe..

Ako pangutana didto naba sila sa langit, nagka istorya naba mo sa Ginoo gyud sa English pa, Did you really know God? Kay siguro naman ka na malangit ka? Or in your DREAMS rana. How sure you are na malangit ka?

Kamo sad na mga so called Christians, Mind your own Fckng business, we are just human being, subject to imperfections. What do you think of yourself? Perfect na gyud mo? Kanang inyong gibatbat sa Bibliya naa sad na sayop in short kon nangwarta ang mga kapari-an sa Katoliko, kamo sad wala ba nangwarta sa inyong relihiyon?

Bantayi inyong kaugalingon una before ka mamantay sa uban...

ROME did not come up with the religion called ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH .

It was Jesus Christ who founded the church the UNIVERSAL CHURCH , the CATHOLIC CHURCH by commanding St. Peter , the first POPE and the VICAR of CHRIST in MT 16:18 .
