    i agree with this ...

    7 pm to 8pm naa nka sa imu room

    dapat wala nay disturbances sa imu room like: watching tv, celfon txting,etc. anything that will hinder your sleeping

    tapos blankoha imung huna2 ug matulog ka, yaw paghuna2 ug bisan unsa na butang like: problems, day dreaming or watever.. that makes your mind working/active but ur physical body is too much tired , you have to rest your mind dont think of any.. ok

    tapos breathing exercise exhale inhale til mka tulog ka

    inig ka buntag bulad sa init (best before 10am and after 3pm) sa adlaw for 10 min or more

    depende sa imung panit.

    para motaas ang imung melatonin level sa imung lawas hormone na sa imu lawas

    para mka 2log ka dayon


    rehydrate yourself drink at least 2L to 3L a day to wash out those toxins in your body


    make this a habit

    this could be a great help..

    lain nako nga problema kay although makatulog nako dayon makamata ko ug kadlawn between 3-4 am para mangihi. unya dili nako katug ug balik kay daghan na kaayo musod sa akong huna huna. ako kahebudngan kay 2 hours before ko matulog dili nako muinum ug tubig pero makamata man japon ko egka kadlawn para mangihi. murag maglatagaw dayon akong utok once mubalik nako ug hegda. dili ba kaha ne resulta sa homesickness kay OFW ko layo sa pamilya or stress ne sa trabaho. ang makalagot lang kay pila ra ka oras akong tulog wala pahuway tarong unya trabaho pa sunod adlaw.
