i know i still lack alot of developments but after almost 2 years of no regular gym membership and on/off supplementation, sorry guys but this is just what i am able to keep or maintain... due to my time and other constraints, i can only go to the gym on weekends (session only) for my major workouts and find some LUCKY time within the week to workout,if it's convenient for me. sometimes, i wake up at 4a.m just to pump some weights and sleep back and sometimes late nights when i really get the urge to lift.
i guess i just have to stop whining and find some way to go around this obstacle...they say, in life, its not how you fall down but in how you get bAck up!!! my goal this year is just to luckily become consistent in my training...simple as that. good luck to me and to my other iron brothers out there!!!
