How about this, a friend was working here shift in one of their accounts. She needed to go to the toilet, but the workforce people wouldn't allow it because they wouldn't believe the agent. WTF eper? I think you guys are hiring the wrong people for that job? These employees are not robots.

I've heard that overtimes are a problem in eper, but now I think employees should be watching out for their health too. Grabe ha? dili ka pa CR-on kung kinhanlanon na kaau. 5mins from one agent in a thousand wouldn't hurt your long queue.

It wasn't like that when I was working there before.
