Hi, I just purchased an iPad with Retina display (rumored iPad4) 16GB wifi + 4G for my fiancee. I need to know if it can still be used even without microsim inserted. i told her to buy micro simcard first from Smart or Globe but it is still out of stock daw sa SM Smart Wireless Pag adto niya yesterday. Then she want to use her iPad via wifi at the moment. Is this going to work even without the simcard inserted yet? I am not sure lang kay i never used an iPad before only iPhone...
