Test drive both and see what you like better.
Personally, I'd go for the scoobyMore bang for the buck. No need for aftermarket rims or engine upgrades since the stock rims and engine is good enough for the occasional weekend drive, not to mention it will be much faster than most of the cars here in Cebu. Just have it re-tuned for more power and reliability at GroupB to get the most out of it.
