There are many factors that affect bandwidth... your download of 140kbs is based on what platform/client used? net downloader or torrent? What is your connection subscription speed? note that your top most speed your ISP indicates "burst speeds" that is the highest attainable speed for your subscription that you are paying for. AND YES, it could get lower than that top speed.

your intermittent speed between 140-380 is normal, because it is ADSL type.

Paki-assess daw if unsay status sa akong speed. Bundle 1299 ko. Akong DL speed ranges from 5kb/s to 30kb/s ra gyud. Bag-o pa nuon mmi na-installan. Labangon area ko.

Built-in downloader from firefox, utorrent and other games that have their own 'updater' youtube and ALL other sites, subscribed at plan 990. I fully understand how burst speeds work. I understand the 380kb/s im getting is a bonus and normally it lasts for months.. this year ive been at 380kb/s for like the full 10 months or so.

Though mo speedtest ko karon, i still get 380kb/s morag mao ni katong SPSI something something nila.
