Kaiser Estates ... worst real estate company

Hapita baya nako makapalit unta ug unit ani nga developer.
Sa may Guadalupe dapit unta to pero pag adto namo, perte man gamaya sa lot then ang nakapalibot kay mga informal settlers.
Wala ko nidaun, nikuha nalang ko sa laing developer, after 6 months gikan pag purchase, nahuman ra daun ug tukod then mao na ako gipuy-an karn.

Wa ko gadahum na problematic diay ning developera. Na feature mani siya sa sunstar na nagsugod daw siya sa wala then nag start siya fully after naay ni down niya ug amount sa preselling na units na iya gi market. Sa Sunstar ni nga article, pangitaon nya to nako. Nindot man pagasuwata tong article kay magdag inspiration sa mga gs2ng motukod ug kaugalingong business.

I also experienced the same before I was able to purchase mine sa lain na developer.
Lahi lang to ako, ang yuta dha dapit sa bacayan, wala jd na develop then gi fullan nako pag 2009.
Ako gi withdraw nabalik raman sad pero tanggal na ang 15% because ila daw nabayad na ang amount to the agent.
Wala nalang ko palag kay gikanihanglan na nako ang money para i down sa akong na purchase karn na unit.

Sharing my experience:

- No follow through with QA issues raised to them
- doesn't show concern to their workers - no provided water for bathing, drinking
- reimbursement for tiles takes too long ( more than 5 months ). We decided to buy our own tiles ,but when we asked for the money supposedly allocated for our tiles, they won't answer, will give you to many contacts to discuss with, no follow-through, and caused me and my wife unneccessary stress with following up
- land title not given after 6 months of moving in
- Kaiser office personnel don't give a damn on what you're upset about. They either don't respond to your mobile phone calls, text, or will keep you waiting when you call their hotline.
- Kaiser personnel can't make a decision on minor things. They will have to defer to Kaiser ( who is nowhere to be found, won't answer calls, texts )
- Quality of work, not as advertised. Daghan kaayong mga pinadagan nga trabaho ( garage, nangatanggal na pintal in just 6 months, mag-tulo ang kisame, cracks on the walls, etc )


In Summary:
- I will not do business with this real estate company in the future, and I will advise my friends against doing business with this company

unsa naman kalamboan ani? same thing here.. nahuman nlng kog bayad sa full equity, wala pa jpon nasugdan among unit.. sa graceland sa buaya.. naunsa naman tawn ni cla.. tssk3x.. cge clag ingon nga sugdan na.. niana cla last week of nov.. nya last week of dec.. karon ang sulti ni kaiser tan, 2nd quarter of nxt year na pd dw.. tssk3x
