not txting you back i love you is not an indication that he doesn't love you. there are guys who are not comfortable saying these words but they show their love in other ways.

if he is making you miserable because he is afraid of getting hurt (even when he loves you) is an indication that he is not strong enough to be your man. nothing good can come from this.

if you are seeing signs that you are being used, you should confirm this by being vigilant of his actions and words. if in case you are right - dump him.
