12K Gaming CPU for the Budget Gamer

Willing ko mopalet from 1.5k to 4.5k para sa set na desktop with crt monitor..
para sako study and business nako .

Willing ko muara sa inyo lugar para dli mo mahasul ako lang muara para dali ang business nato.
Ang system Unit Sir kay dapat still working and has good condition.If nay gamay na guba ato lang sabotan ang price unsa ang ok ninyo..

Notes:

This budget rig will be used mainly for CAD 2D/3D Modeling and Rendering, and some gaming(SC2 or BF3).
I'm planning to fit these in a Micro-Atx Chassis for space saving/aesthetic purposes.
I want minimum power consumption. I have no plans to overclock this.
Ideal budget is 25K including chassis. Next year pa sad ko magstart ug assemble ani.

Suggestions:

-Someone from TPC suggests to change the GPU to Palit Daytona GTX 650TI (suits me better coz of CUDA feature) @ 6550 -PCQB
-Sir Keropi suggests to just use my current rig and invest on GPU and more RAM. Thanks for pointing this out sir!

Please tell me your suggestions/comments if I need to change something to further enhance/economize this rig or if needed stretch the budget a lil in favor for a better option. Salamat

@Keropi...wala paman diay ni apil mga LCD monitors sa?...purely CPU raman diay ni...if mo go ta ani sa 10k or 12k + monitor pa so more or less sad diay ang ma gasto..hmmm

i3 ra ug 8gb nga ram, etc?

unsa ang pwede nako nga Mobo, Case, Brand sa Ram, i3, PSU? nga ma sud sa 25k nga budget. salamat daan!

Graphics card slot sa imong mobo, whether AGP or PCI-e. But if your current pc is not too old, pci-e na gru na.
Also consider the PSU u are using. Bacn di makakaya ug supercards hehe.
