hmmmmmmmmm mao btaw Bill ang tawag ana kay it's a proposed law meaning botaran pana sa kadaghanan if uyon ba cla or deli.. but i think imo main concern is not about the Bill itself but about sa financial part w/c is the budget nga kuhaon sa TAX sa mga tao, that's another topic..

stll i don't see how the bill disrespects the right sa mga tao, if mapermahan na ang Bill sa president and it'll become a LAW still deli japon cya considered nga makadisrespect sa right sa tao..

    In the bill.
The people are still given the freewill to chose,
all the needed knowledge and effects are brought upon them.
They the people had all the freedom to exercise their respective rights
either to avail or not to avail.

The role of the government is just to invoke towards the
multitude, that they should heed the call in order to promote
    common good for everyone.

Still the practice of each individual
is the main criteria in making the bill a success.

Still, a decoy of the government to completely slave the people.

    We should follow laws,
for if not, then there would be chaos and anarchy.

how can you say that? when then leaders of the government are being elected by it's people.. this is like blaming the government bout the floods brought by undoy when the main cause is about the clogging of drainage due to iresponsible people not following the LAW about proper disposing of waste..
