good day. mag ask lang sad unta ko if unsa ang nature sa interview sa taiyo yuden? ECE ko fresh grad and mao pa pag pasar sa board. Nya Final interview nko sa taiyo. What questions should I expect? Unsa mga preparations kelangan nko buhaton para dako chance ma hire? Thanks.

ECE ka... then go to DASH Engineering or Fluor Daniels.... Located at IT Park... ang DASH naa sa i1 building 8th floor, nag massive hiring ni sila karon kay kasagaran sa ilaha mga tao ni transfer sa abroad..... Ang FD naa sa TGU building... pwede rako nimo e butang as reference both company...pm me nalang para matabang tabangan pud tika...

type of interview would be in BEI (behavioral event interview). try to research this sa intrnet. wala na cla ga classical type of ntrview dri (i.e. "tell me something about urself" type of questions) this type of nterview kai ni based jud ni sa imo past experiences and based from ur answers is makita dri what are your qualities and capabilities. doesn't necessarily means experience sa work but also sa imo pag skul. just be honest lng jud para d ka ma sikwateeh..hehe. mga BEI type of questions would be "tell me of a time where you set n achieve a goal" or "tell me about time when u deal with stress n how u handled it".....those sort of questions. hope it helps...

Basta fresh grad paka, ayaw ka worry if in case dili ka madawat sa Taiyo. Daghan pang mga companies sa MEPZA nga pang ECE. It doesn't matter much basta lang daghan ka ma learn sa imong workplace.

Basta, likayi lang palihug ang mag call center. Ka ubo jud ka... daghan kog mga amigo nga ECE, nag call center, after pila ka years nag basol2x.

Yeah, ni apply ko in both of the companies but I think they are looking for ME, EE, IE, (sa DASH) ky ni walk-in ko, until now, wla pay feedback.Same with FD,no feedback yet. The funny thing is, FD wants us to try DASH first before applying in their company.

Thank you. I am done with the interview, actually. Just this morning. I was kind of worried ky basi they'll ask very heavy technical stuffs. Good thing ky situational mostly, like what you've said, BEI.

I hope positive ang feedback.
