if youre thinking 101 floors na cya kay horizons 101 ang name, you are wrong. even i thought of that before. 101 floors is divided into 2 towers actually. so mga 50 floors ra per tower. taas2x ghapon.

I'd buy a house and lot bro. If nag think ka sa imo family and your future, mabilin na nimo ang house and lot.. If condo, aftr a couple off decades, guba nana.. Imo unit, t.y. sad.. Kung house and lot ka, maka benefit pa imo mga apo..

ang house and lot after a couple of decades guba naman pud na. whether its house and lot or condo, it needs maintenance gyud to last a lifetime. it depends ra jud na sa developer if they are willing to maintain their projects for it to last decades. mao na choose a good developer jud.

yeah too early to tell, just like sa storya nga motaas ug maayo ang price. Mao nay giingon nga magkita nalang ngadto sa tumoy.

well that if you dont know the market prices of condos from a few years ago to now. in one of our projects here in cebu, 2 years ago a studio unit would be priced 1.4m. currently its running at 1.8m-2.1m and will increase again later this month. thats already a gain of about half a million. so just stay tuned as its not going down anytime soon.

right now we still dont have any info as we are still in the process of master planning this development. probably by anytime next year we should already have the details.
