kani nga build doesn't make sense lagi? g.ilisan lang ug board from set-up 1, nemahal pag-au pero same processor lang gihapon? dili man ni overclockable nga proc diba? ky dili K? d dili gihapon ni ma overclocked? or lisud?

agree..@40k id get a lower board and throw in an i7+ssd+1tb..his 40k only gets 500gb?kalouy sad sa kwarinta mil..

You can take jeremyrenner25's set, replace the cooler with maybe a noctua NH-D14 or an H100i. + 2,300 if mag NH-D14 or + around 3,900 if mag h100i. You can overclock like a beast ana.. If you like to upgrade your video card, naa kay headway for maybe a 7950. No sure how much a 7950 is right now. Hehe

kay gaming rig & video editing rig man kaha ni,,, and if you want to get the best GPU, pass anang offering sa AMD... gawas kun mag HD 7970 GHz edition ka... kun dili, it would be better to buy a GTX 680 or a GTX 670... para you'll have the best single GPU offering as of the present... and have "the best of both worlds"... in gaming and in video editing...

by the way, even the GTX 660 Ti will do the job as a gaming GPU... with flying colors... check the graph below for your reference... if limited ang budget to a certain amount, ok gyud pud nang HD 7870 and HD 7950 hinoon if you opt for AMD offering... another input diay na important ni... kasagaran, dili ni ma consider... "check on your purpose and the break down of activities"... asa man ang dako ug percentage, gaming or video editing... then make your decision. ayaw padala sa uso kay basin dili mao ang mapalit nimo based sa imohang personal need/requirement... another thing to consider in this passion of ours... kaning term na "future proofing"... dili ni permi mo carry... it's not true all the time... kay once new technologies will emerge, the current one will become the old one na... future will be more or less would equate to only just 2 to 3 yrs of use... dako na kaayo gani ning 3 yrs... the Golden Rule in this PC-DIY or PC Hobby... "Always prepare to get Spanked"... funny but true...

for the mobo, pwede ra na ilisan ug other Z77 mobo para ang savings, ma puno sa GPU budget... or you can use it to add for the CPU budget... if you plan to OC, go for the "K". if not, you opt to have the "non-K" and either of these chip set based mobo,,, H77, Z75 or B75 (para maka save ug gamay then add the savings into the GPU budget)... or you can buy a mobo that will support OC'ing for "non-K" CPUs para ma puga pa gyud ang performance with respect to its cost...
