ok lang ang hourly for odesk. avoid any client na unverified ang payment method, plus fixed priced projects are not guaranteed on odesk. with elance, bigger ang rates and guaranteed ang fixed priced projects as well. uhmm as much as possible, kng mangita ka diri sa istorya, check background, basta check EVERYTHING. kuhaa jud mga contact numbers, skype ID, email address, etc... coz na biktima na ko diri sa istorya before. hapit na ko wala nabayran but after a month (i think) nabayran pod ko k ge cge ko kulit...

also, sa odesk, if naa mag hire nimo na agency sya, hmmm. ok lang man actually.. pero i advise against it because if ma scam ang agency, scammed pod ka... well, another bad experience pod for me. lol. ang staffing manager wla nag double check sa client and ending na scam sya for about Php200k.. anyway, lessons are learned. so it's best if you don't go with an agency lang so you can check your clients personally.

Odesk worked for me. I have tried both hourly and fixed rate projects. You just have to communicate constantly with your client jud para nindot ra ang workflow and you will also receive positive feedbacks.
