reason: bai nkbasa ko tanan sa mga reklamo ninyo bahin sa globe,disconnections,slow browsing,etc.. wala man jud ko ksuway ana bai sukad.. 24/7 ko gdownload tig 200+KBps akong downstream permi...ambot ngano problemado man sa inyoha

Reason: I am only receiving 99-122 kbps instead of having 384 kbps based on the contract that I signed with them. Grabeha asa naman ang the rest nga speed? Mo stick nalang ko aning smartbro kay wala me choice. Way globelines sa ako location. paeta aning life.

People, I have edited my first post to make it more clearer. Please edit you're post and state why you're still sticking with your current DSL service provider even if you're not getting satisfactory service.
