Unfortunately, I've read other forums to other websites about Filipino workers and there's a forumer, a Filipina nurse shared that she turned her Dubai dream into a nightmare due to submitting fake documents especially on COE to Dubai Health Authority. The authorities found that she submitted a fake document to obtain license on the dataflow verification. She was given 2 weeks to rectify the issue and might be facing jailtime or blacklisted to all GCC countries. Why are we desperate to take a risk?

Post you comments and suggestions to curb this modus that have been so rampant now in Cebu after Manila.

To me it is unfair to think that our parents have spent almost a million and for us to spent 2 decades of pressure in schoolworks and activities just to have a college diploma in preparation for job hunting.

And here are these people who have the easy way of going thru life by buying diplomas and crtificate of employments. To think that there are even plenty of jobless professionals because they have a not so good TOR and no job experiences to show to their interviewer. And yet with a few bucks in order to avail all that is required (good TOR and Cert of Employment) thru fake, they get the job themselves.

Severe penalty should be given to those who make the fake documents and even more severe to the ones who buys and owns the fake documents.

you know. it's different strokes for different folks.

in my opinion, dapat EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT in some professions para mawala nana ang tig gama ug FAKE docs.
there are those fields that require na mu study giud ka like mag nurse or doctor.

but for certain positions like programmer or manager, i think it's a skill aquired through experience.

based on personal experience, daghan kaayo mga tao na nakahuman ug masters pero dli gihapon kamao.
you have to face the truth. Not because you have a diploma, doesnt make you a better or more qualified person than the others who dont.
It may mean you were taught in the traditional way but not everyone learns like that

Educational Institutions should provide access point nga ma access sa mga company to check the authenticity sa mga cert. dapat naay mga Serial numbers. Nya dapat fool proof ilang systems nga di lan bisag kinsa maka edit sa ilang records. naa ko nahibaloan, naay kaila sa registrar nya gi insert iyang record sa school, pagtawag sa company aws naa juy record.
