bro, bisag naa pa moy contract if the contract states that it mandates its workers to do things which is against the law, THAT CONTRACT IS QUESTIONABLE and can be brought out for checking and if worst can be voided. Naa ra na sa tawo kung unsaon niya pag impose sa iyang legal nga rights. If you stay on the sideline and complain about it without doing anything about it (which is not your case) then you have offered yourself as a victim to these companies and their twisted policies.
