Worst Customer Service : GRANDEUR RESORT , Lambug Beach badian

ika 3 nako ka balik sa lambug..asa ni dapita ang grandeur? kato ning next sa videokehan? kay kami kung mag laag sa lambug, adto mi sa suki namo..kanang payag payag nga naa sa videokehan unahan gamay sa kalubihan...ilang cottages kay nipa hut nga decagon ang porma..

MAHAL MO LANG paluto kag corned beef 5 ka lata bugas 2 kilo og coke duha kabook imo mabayran 800!! wtf

not sure about anang syagit2x...but maayo manang tawo si guiller....silingan na namo diri syudad....actually, soft-spoken na nga tawo...

ang pag-luto, murag wa nimo kwentaha...ang capital sa gipalit ra imong gi-kwenta...


no sure about you sir...but based on the feedback below about you and probably your previous experience ug asa niya makit-an, murag di man problema sa resort....

bro unsa naman pud ni oi? basin kamo ang naay problem ay.. hehehe. kay taga adto ninyo kay naa jud gubot.. share dayun beh aron masabtan bah... ky almost all kaila naku kay good feedbacks ang ipang share gani.. satisfied jud sila and very well accomodating ang tag.iya. hehehe

I was just observing this thread and what I've noticed is that the owner (Mr. Guillermo) have no right to do this to his guests but I'm sure there was a reason why it prompted him be like that - it might been triggered by someone...who don't belong to that specific group??

With regards to food pricing obviously it was overpriced and the verbal agreement over the phone was not met so from there the owner violated the rights of his customers.

Di jud baya kalikayan nga mawad.an sya bsan few customers, usa na gud mi ato imbis dayun mi ani nga resort, ni try nalng mi didto sa STOCKLI atbang sa Grandeur nga resort og inquire and murag dayun nalng mi didto kay no response jud. again, he/she deleted my wall post regarding this thread and my comment to clarify the said complain. The more na nuon ko mag duda sa Grandeur maynta naay maka clarify anih.
