kuan man. before me kay naa pud interview. and i asked him unsa , dawat ba siya? ana siya tawagan ra daw next week...

since i am not for voice/non voice account. I am still trying to be optimistic...
Makaingon man sad gud ko nga basin motawag jud sila next week.. Kay ultimo typing exam nga pwede ra nako mabuhat ineg human sa ako initial interview. gipabalik pa ko after 2 days... nya after sa exam sa morning.. gipabalik kog gabei for the final interview na siguro to..

* dili ni official statement ha. based sa ako lang pud nga xp.

and app process kay walk-in, then initial exam & interview.
- for non-voice (web design/layout), naa skill test/exam, usually e reset ug lain nga day other than wed & thu.
- for customer support related position, interview na pud, xguro for assessment

murag ang reason ngano dugay mo ma sked for final interview is either
- ga pooling and/or profiling asa mo nga account ibutang, so mag-agad ni sa sked sa manager sa account kay usually siya ang mag-final interview
- nag.paabot pa sa minimum numbers sa tanang niqualify para sa next process...

sa ako xp, 1 week ra. This time... pero before, nidagan ug 2 weeks wala ko tawagi, abi nako ug wla na ko madawat kay niingon lagi nga "if u do not receive any notification from us within two-week period, then please reapply after 6 mo." so mao to nga nag-sige lang ghapon ko ug apply until nadawat ug naka pirma na ko ug contract sa other co. mga days later, nakadawat ko ug call (na missed nako kay bawal ang cp) ug sms message gkan sa hr sa authors solutions inc. (part na ang xlibris ana karon) nga nag-inform sa ako nga qualified daw ko sa next process and to be sked for final interview... mao na ako xp...

i was worried man gud kay i really want this job.... i had my interview last wednesday .. I applied on jobstreet man and then they sent me an email and a schedule for my interview.. so it happened wednesday .... after my interview pag wednesday. i thought one day process ra sila.. to my surprise.. they gave me an appointment slip for my exam on friday.. i was a bit disappointed because they could have just let me took the exam right after my interview.. typing exam can be done for few minutes.. and to think man gud kay layo kaayo amoa nya kapoy na kaayog balik balik. they scheduled me on friday morning.. So i went there pag friday.. and took my exam and had an impressive result... nya ang HR gave me another appointment slip for my interview ineg gabei.... pagbalik nako gabei kay ako nalay kinalast.. and pag gawas sa last nga gi interview kay murag data encoder pud to siya.. wala ra man pud siyay gibitbit... About what happaned sa akong interview kay i think it went well man pud.. mga easy questions ra gud about myself and past work experience.. so ana man to siya nga when daw ko pwede maka start? ana ko anytime.... so after that the HR told me nga they will just call me next week on to kung unsa man gani ang resulta sa akong application....


Ang ako man gud nga point.. siguro desperate lang jud ko nga makuha ni kay i badly need a job man gud.. and I do hope nga ila kong tawagan next week...
