Watermelon Frost. Hapdos siya but after a few second, mu-numb ang affected area then it cools downl. You can buy it in any chinese drugstore.

Yeah- Watermelon Frost- black in color and in powder form- the best ! The sore will be gone in a couple of days. Fast and effective. I always bring it with me specially when I travel.
