depende na bro..pero pinaka safe is botang nimo ug bootable.floopy,cd,or flashdrive na bootable

ayaw sa window pag flash bosing. tried this once ni hang ako pc. maayo gali nothing was damaged. daghan ingon ayaw salig flash sa windows mismo. BIOS jud ko recommend

try to search for your motherboard id.. then go to emaxx website for the latest bios update for your motherboard.. i also had thesame problem as yours.. but then i still dont know what to do after running the "run.bat" file they provided..

naa sa menu sa bios setup nga mo-flash sa bios...download lang latest release version then isave sa flashdrive and pray nga dli mo-brownout in the middle of the process...
