I was once of the applicant who does not passed the interview. The reasons why I did not make it because of my accent but it was fine for me at least I knew what are my shortcomings. But as a matter of fact. I had no intention to work that time I just wanted to feel, to hear, to experience the environment of what was all about when you're there for interview. I find it very interesting though. I envied people who're now working in BPO Industry. Not just because of the huge salary but just because of the job is very interesting and challenging for me. I think it is more fun working in a Call Center Industry. I hope and pray that time will come my name will be called and say "Congratulations..Welcome in our Team."

hmmmm..as far as I understand, data entry doesn't require one to be fluent in English, or excellent in comm. skill..
if i am not mistaken, you applied for TSR/CSR position, didn't you?

I applied for a CSR position. My apologize I have observed lately that this thread is intended only for Data Entry. I'm sorry. Well, let's go back to my topic. Yes. It's fine with me. The job is not really meant for me. It's really for someone else who really need the most and most qualified for the requirements. But still, I was so thankful for the awesome experience.
