Thank goodness zero casualty ang Iligan City, we were able to survive. Naguba ang PLDT Smart Network dinhi including landlines and DSL. Karon pa nibalik. Naka prepare ang tanan dinhi so congrats to the LGU, NDRRMC, NGO's, private sector, and the entire people.

I don't see the purpose of thanking god for being spared when many faithful and their children have died as a direct result of typhoons. Luck is luck... whether it be good luck or bad luck and on this occasion we were lucky that the typhoon didn't hit us. For sure this close call serves as a reminder to be better prepared for next time. Maybe that's what we should be focusing on?

i wish people would just be more thankful that nothing untoward happened to cebu and just stop with the amalayer and omg-its-so-hot-when-there's-supposed-to-be-a-storm comments. thank you for all the updates istorya. hopefully the storm will leave the philippine area of responsibility without causing anymore damages. as much as i like the fact that there are no classes, it would not be at the expense of this sort of danger.
