How to join...

1. Reserve an SMDC Unit from November 15, 2012 to January 15, 2013 to join the Promo. One raffle entry per Unit. Reservation Fee is Php 15,000.00 (+P5,000 on the 1st and 2nd DP).

2. The Reservation Fee may be paid in Cash, Credit Card, Check, Bank Deposit/Remittance.

3. For payments made through Bank Deposit/Remittance: the Buyer must provide a copy of the Bank Deposit/Remittance slip to validate and verify to credit payment on or before January 15, 2013. Check payments should have also been cleared on or before January 15, 2013.

4. All documentary requirements should have been submitted on or before January 15, 2013.

5. SMDC Employees, other SM Affiliates and its Advertising Agency up to 2nd degree of consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.


How to win..

1. On the draw date (January 31, 2013), all Buyers that have fulfilled the following requirements by January 15, 2013 are automatically included in the raffle draw:

a. Reservation Fee has been cleared (for check payments; and payments through Bank Deposit/Remittance has been credited to the Buyer’s account).

b. All documentary requirements have been submitted.

c. The status of the Buyer’s account should be Current without overdue payments (i.e. 1st down payment, if applicable).

2. Raffle entries will be randomly drawn by SMDC officers in the presence of a DTI representative.

3. Winners will be notified trough print ad and registered mail.


Availment of Prizes...

1. Account Status of the winners should be current with no unpaid or overdue payments when the prize/s will be availed. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favour of the company.
