Go legit if you can afford it. I for one only download "jack sparrowed" games when I was a student. Now, I don't think I'll go that path anymore. I am an aspiring game dev so it would be hypocrisy in my part if I would recommend buying "jack sparrowed" games. But I agree with Fafnir. He was just trying to protect the TS and the people who go that route.
