Born on 1983, studied till HS, unexpectedly there were financial problems nga dili jud ma resolve so I had to stop from there. I worked on several companies before and nadawat ko kay backer2x tirada. I had no issues with the companies I worked with before,( attendance and performance wise I could say "above average").

Wala lang jud ko naka study ug college kay kani laging gpanganak ta sa pobreng pamilya nya d madala ug dungan ang study ug trabaho kay mahal kaayo mag college ron.

im currently working sa CVG, naa man na terminate kay false information about sa school. wa cya ka abot sa college 2 years at least.

Confused na jud ko ani, The thing that I worry about is that if i tell them honestly, basin mapareha ra before sa pag apply nako sa mga BPO centers. interview pa lang daan pag pangutana sa highest educational attainment. Hagbong daun ko.

I applied on a call center company, nadawat ko because I stated nga college level ko pero sa tinuod kay HS grad ra ko, pasar ko sa training and every certification with no failures, NOW...

Of all the requirements needed for me to be an agent kay school documents na lang, and I'm thinking magpabuhat ko ug TOR or any fake school docs pero nag duha2x na ko. Should I come out clean and tell them the truth? musabot ra kaha sila? d ba kaha ko nila e terminate for such violation?

Before nag apply ko mga BPO companies and sa phone interview pa lang daan, i told them nga HS grad ra ko and they stop the interview dayon and I had no chance to prove to them nga maski ani ra ako naabtan, I can prove to be competitive.

I believe in every general rule there's an exception, not all who finished their studies are competitive and not all those who attained low Edu attainments are not competitive and qualified.
