I refer ko ninyo mga sir ug ma'am be. I'm an IT graduate nya ganahan ko mo pursue ug software testing/software quality assurance career but wla pa ko experience.

Well, allow me to share my story. Sorry kung medyo taas.
I took a company exam while i was in college, and passed it.
Passed the initial interviews as well.
When they offered me a software programming role, i declined the offer because i know, deep inside me nga kulelat kaayo ko anang magcode. But before ato, i heard sa isa sa mga empleyado ato nga company nga they are in need pud ug Software QA Engineer. That sounded so nice sa ako ears. So mao to, instead nga i-accept ang offer, muna-muna na nako inenglish sa company president (who made the offer) to instead give me one of the Software QA roles. He said nga way below the salary ra sa programmers ang salary nako. I still insisted on the role. The next day, gitawagan ko nila for the role.

What am i gonna say: LUCK. I really don't know unsa ako gusto sa una. Pero sure ko nga dili ko mag developer. TIMING ra pud kaayo tingali.

However, you should initially posses the qualities of being a good tester (which i think can still be learned). Laki ko, pero himantayon. Kusog kaayo ko mo-insist sa ako ideas basta naa lang ko basis. Kahibalo pud ko mo-communicate gamay, and maayo ko manimaan. Those are the foundations. THen later on, sa ako 2nd employer (and my present), gi-pa strengthen pa gyud ang foundation because of the trainings and so much project experience.

There. Luck, timing, qualities of you, and prayer. No need to be a straight A student.

but for nowadays sir, morag prefer na jud sila og experience.. how about sa non-experience nya what youve share above, halos same sa character with "maayo manimaam", pila kahay percentage ma hire??
