paperworks with government offices.....the suckiest part....
inspections/dakop/ug uban pa......
karaang makina, expect a lot of oil leaks/engine wear......
maintenance.....


kung gusto gyud ug transpo business, taxi nga brand new......at least lesser sa maintenance and brand new unit.....

JUST MANAGE WELL YOUR DRIVERS, mao gyud na ang pinaka da best. .Give them advices regarding in taking good care of their units. Kada grahe nila, give time to talk with the drivers about the business, make them not just your drivers, but also your business partners. Be generous to them, give them rewards pawala na sa ila kalaay,huna2x lang sd nga tibuok adlaw sila ga drive,everyday. Be the LEADER. .kung makabantay nka ni action ug tubo ilang sungay, aw mintras sayu pa putla. .Kung about sa mga MAINTENANCE, ayaw ka problema ana, mahurot ra ang sakit sa sakyanan. Importante pud imo mga driver kahibaw mo ayu2x, mas maayo pd mo apil2x kag ayu para dili ka ma-ihas. Sa mga PAPERS, only 1 rule: Be complete...Then last thing you have to keep in mind, "DON'T UNDERCAPITALIZED YOUR BUSINESS" pagpundo jud ug saktong kwarta for future maintenance cost,pagrenew sa mga papelis, mga palitinun nga pisa, ligid ug uban pa.
