but then they can just opt for a letter of intent from the would be buyer.

non developers don't need a license to sell.

I was able to get a lot at block 2. Ang mga balay sa block 2 had excess lots and we are paying 4k per sqm sa excess. But when I went lately to the site, I was very disappointed. I noticed that naa silay mga balay na gipang atras. When I asked them ngano ilang gipalayo sa roadside tong mga balay, gi tubag ra nuon kog: "Naa man gud na silay excess sir."

So what if naay excess? What a lame excuse! All houses in block 2 are primera 2 and therefore had its own garage as part of the house design. My unit has 10sqm additional excess lot and we were expecting it to be at the back because we wanted to have a bigger service area, better yet add up an additional room considering the size of the excess. Again the house already has a garage so ang ending ani since ilang gipadako ang front sa house, garden na lang ang remaining option for the front portion.

advice lang nako sa mga wala pa ni-move-in..palihog i-check tanan..pastilan..daghang problema amo nasugatan...hangtod karon wala pa tawn nasulbad ang kadaghanan...ex..tulo ang lavabo, liki ang kitchen sink, walay door jamb, barado ang floor drain sa service area, buka-buak nga tiles, dili ma-close nga sira, nag-bitay nga lavabo sa cr kay wala gi-screw sa bung-bung (gipapilit ra og semento)...2months before we moved in i gave them a list of what to repair..pero ni-move in nalang me, wala gihapon gi-trabaho..etc....

after 5 years, nakuha ra jud namo ang refund. hayahay kaayo sila, nagamit nila ang money na walay interest. tsk tsk tsk. pero bahala na basta nabawi.
