I've been around the block when it comes to working out. I'm familiar with practically every type of workout there is. Whether it be cardio, strength training, weightloss or bodybuilding. Pilates, Calisthenics, Cross Country, Plyometrics, Aerobics, Cross Fit, Intervals, Neuromuscular Training, Olympic Training, even the classic bodybuilder's split routine. I've done and trained people in probably the majority of workouts you can find out there.
But nothing, and I mean nothing has ever come close to the workout I do and teach now.
I mean it. I'm at a point where I'm not at all trying to further justify my workout but where I'm literally doing my best to find something that surpasses it. So far, no luck.
So why is it so hard for me to find something better? Well lets think about what constitutes a good workout:
1. It should fit personal needs of the trainee - and this workout fits everyone almost like a glove. It works well for body building, strength training, cardio, fat loss, or any combination of these. Its also adjusted almost perfectly to ANY fitness level whether you're 100lbs overweight, skinny like a stick, never exercised a day in your life, even if you're old or have a condition like say diabetes, and it also works really well for the advanced guys that just want to get to that higher level.
2. It should be safe - I've trained around 10 people with this type of workout so far, one of them even had high blood pressure, and I personally have been doing this for over a year now. 0% of the people that do this workout, me included, has experienced any sort of muscular, bone, connective tissue, or cardiovascular injury since doing the workout. And that's mainly because I have you do movements that are properly aligned with the way your body is supposed to move. None of those awkward positions and impossible movements.
3. It should be time efficient - now this is the real kicker! This is probably why I have never found a better workout anywhere! Because when we speak of time efficiency there is no workout that is better. The workout is only done once a week averaging around 7-15 minutes per session. YES. ONCE A WEEK. Personally I cant imagine anyone who doesn't have 15mins to spare from their entire week.
4. It has to be effective - Obviously. And it is. I guarantee that if you do the workout properly that you will see improvements EVERY session. That means the week after the first workout when you do the second one, you will notice an improvement in your fitness level. If you don't improve every week, I will give you all your money back.
All these claims are hard to believe but give it a try and you might just get your mind blown. You can contact me on the number that comes in the video.
My last workout lasted 4 minutes and 6 seconds. I literally live lazily all week and only exert myself during the few minutes of the workout.
Here are two videos. The first video doesn't show how the workout is done but just some of the things you can do from the level of fitness it gives you. I am personally the one showing off in the first video. The second one is a testimonial video about this kind of training in the states, I teach pretty much the same thing, only difference is I'm limited by the available facilities Cebu offers but the workout is still pretty awesome.
