hahahah ;D... lahi-lahi man ta ug mga experience ani na company. den ang purpose anih na thread is to know the negative aspects of the company as well as the positives. den ako minimal lang na negatives ako na experience. lainlain man pud ta ug reason why mo choose ta ug usa ka company. bitaw, dagko jud ug rate ang uban cc. but dili man sad ang compensation ra ako gi-apas, there are other things that i find it comfortable working here.

wala pa bro. g.consider nko ang eBusiness kay ingon bya sa hiring nga permanent work shift... ng.apas man gud ko ug graveyard na mg.start ug 10pm up... kay d ko gusto ma.igo akong 7-9pm...

you will only have a permanent work schedule if you'll be an outbound agent(telemarketer). if you'll apply for csr/tsr, forget it. it's shifting. for tsr, they always do OT

WISH KO LANG!!!! hahaha geez!!! kung ako pa ang tag.iya sa ebpo c almira, gipa trace na taka and have sued you na unta. i'm just an employee here also. i also have my share of disappointments. fortunately for me, wa ko ka experience sa inyong mga na experience xcept sa madelay ang sweldo coz mka absent ko. the reason i'm still here is because i have a fixed schedule and wla rapud ko nila hilabti. there r pipol lng jud here hu r really big suckers esp. kanang way laing dakong tawo diha. i'm sure kaila jud mo ana niya nga grabeh jud kahambog. ug naa pay isa ka laki sa diha hu is almira's pet. all u nid 2 do is just stay away from them pra dli ka biklon nila. 8s true der r a lot of far better companies than ebpo, higher pay and greater compensation but i will not xchange my fixed sked, fixed RD for that right now.

as far as i know hangtud karon, contract rajud ang mga employees dha sa EBPO..im nt sure kung moregular na cla karon...contract ra for pila ka months den parenewhon lng..kanang ga trabaho sa dept store ky contract pud na cla pro wala ko kadungog nga gpaubsan ilang sweldo..

naa gi regular but gamay ra kau. as in gamay rajud kau. unfortunately for me, i'm not included
