What I did bro mao ni... E.erase imong I.E. sa program menu... then install only firefox with public fox add on.. public fox e.disable ang download didto to particular files esp. torrent files, mp3, .rar, .zip etc except sa common files like jpg, doc, docx... dependi nimo.. then yaw sad butangi ug google chrome... then human butangi ug password ang public fox and para dili ma.access sa customer... then if naa pa jud gahi ug ulo nga mga techy nga mogamit ug third party downloader, then install "install block" para dili sila kainstall ana... hope nakatabang ni..
