Was it ever required before nga mu change ug license plate to the new design..? murag wala man...
I think unnecessary ra if mu require sila ron. There are alternatives to their suggestion:

MANILA, Philippines - The Land Transportation Office (LTO) plans to make new license plates for vehicles which will be issued to new vehicles by 2013.

It also plans to standardize the license plate design of all motor vehicles in the country.

Since 1981, license plates for vehicles have had nine designs. Through its standardization program, the LTO aims to reduce the number of fake license plates.

The new design will have a new font and a barcode, which will contain information about the vehicle and its owner.
    - The barcodes can be printed on the renewal stickers instead.
The new license plates will be able to inform authorities where the vehicle was registered.

It also features a one-way screw so that if someone tries to remove the license plate, it will be damaged and cannot be used again.
    - It's called security screws. Google it. You can buy it.
Effective 2013, new vehicles purchased will have license plates that have four numbers.
    - Note: NEW VEHICLES
License plates for public vehicles, meanwhile, will indicate the vehicle's route to solve the so-called "colorum" problem.
    - I thought the "06C" and the route painted on them were enough.
Motorcycles will also have new license plates which will be bigger and should be placed at the front and rear end of the motorcycles. The new plates will also have five numeric digits instead of four.
    - Problema nana sa mata ug di kabasa. Mao bitaw naay eye exam ig pa register sa license.
    - Five numeric digits: maybe they're running out of combinations na pero pwede raman unta e retain ang existing numbers.
    - ex.: GG 0001 is different from GG 00001.

The LTO will conduct a public bidding for the new license plates. It plans to implement the project by January next year. - ANC

Exactly, analysis and knowledge.. But what about initiative? Or common sense?
As a citizen, shouldn't we need to adapt some new changes for the betterment of our country?

In reality, nothing is free. Its good nga you are doing charity but not everyone is like you.

And if you analyze, you'll have the knowledge nga kita nalang ang wa nagbuhat ani which makes perfect sense kay crime rates in our country is sky high na jud. And we need to use our resources to somewhat prevent these for our children's sake.

    Bow.
