yes true God implemented laws to regulate order sa creation but i think naa gihapon iyang intervention especially if the accumulation of Evil manubra na...like in the days of Noah, tower of Babel, Sodom and Gomorrah..etc. Just like in any situation ba, dunay rules but if something bati manubra na of course mo intervene jud ang creator.
