as per Kuya Ebong Joson " the ccsc wasnt ready when AFF inspected possible stadiums back in April so only Rizal will be a possible venue when we progress. But Cebu will be a contending host should we win the bid to host the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup, and there is always the next AFF Suzuki Cup also in the same year. Cebu FA have big plans."
