Preferred Company for Fresh Graduation(IT/CS/CompE)

Some companies will ask you, "What are you doing while you are jobless?", if you are applying as a Web Developer, you should give them your personal projects in creating websites. If you're applying for a Mobile Developer, you should give them a functional app. If you can't provide "personal projects", then expect a hard coding exam.
That question will hold more weight than your OJT experience.

Dili ko IT TS ha, pero mao ni akong advice nimo...

1. Pang apply lang gehapon, bisan gebutang nga with at least experience.
2. While wala paka trabaho, pag online job usa... especially related sa imong profession.

Try NEC telecom software at IT Park, they accept fresh grads and they offer training

Diskarte rana brod... Ug depende ra pod sa company.... Just try your best and apply as much as you can.

Fresh Graduate here with the same problem .. sigh
Nag apply apply na ko .. IT staff position .. 6 companies na ata pero till now wala pako naka receive ug calls from them .. sa karon gyud atleast 1yr experience ilang gipangita pero lisod gyud makig compete sa mga karaan na sah xD .. apply nlang usa ug tech support sa call center since in line gihapon xa sa course.

Apply lng ghpon sir bsan 1 year experience. Ako gni sauna fresh grad pa ko ato, bsan 1 year experience mangapply man ghpon ko then manawag ra man pud cla. Naka-apply pud ko bsan 5 years experience required, nanawag man ghpon. Ambot ngano to cla.

Aw ana man jud na ang posting sa newspaper preferably with experience but passed lang gihapon total ang HR tan-awn man sad na nila unsa imong mga programs nga nahibaw-an. Naa man japon ka chance.

I don't think maihap ra ang company nga mudawat ug Freshies and eventually gpang pirate na sila sa the rest nga existing IT Company nga nagneed ug with experience.
