Do you distiguish between kendo and kenjutsu?

kenjutsu is more practical man, and is the application of techniques. Kendo is the spiritual essence and discipline of the kata/style and form. parehas ranah sa judo ug jujutsu. -do is the form and style, -jitsu is the application.

On a similar note, though i've seen some dojo for kendo, I have not seen many Iaido or Iaijutsu schools outside of Japan. I've seen practitioners of the discipline sparring but not actual schools.

i know the meaning of do that`s why i like the art of kendo more discipline.

there is no kendo school in Cebu. however there is only one Kenjutsu school that I know of. please contact sensei batayola.
