daghan nahadlok kay lisod daw kuno ang process.
but I think mainly sa background check palang daghan na di mo pasar.
daghan baya badlungon nga agents sa una from awol to unpaid bills/loans.

yes, it's true na mas strict jud ang hiring process sa JP compared to other companies but you know what, ni pay-off man sad gud. dili jud paspas ang turnover or taas ang attrition rate sa employees. most, if not all, ang tenure sa amu leaders sa company kai mga 10 years or more. and for me ha, walay char2 or unsa, ma feel sad jud nimu na gvalue ka sa company. they really listen sa mga employee concerns and they act on it. hatag ko example ha. when we the company started their operations diri sa phil, walay offer na retirement plan. when niabot amu employee survey, i think mga middle of this year to, daghan ni voice out na ganahan mi naay retirement plan para fair. since mga employees sa states naa man, so why not mga filipino employees diba. you know how it is sa kanag surveys2 na di jud ka magexpect na makakita results daun? well, lahi ra amu na experience. nakilatan lang jud mi, it was like 2 months ago na gsendan lang mi nla ug email na approved na daw ang gi-endorse na retirement plan. karon, they are in the process of choosing a provider and go na daun nig 2013. so happy ending kaau amu show... hehehe... and i'm sharing just one of my experience diri... there's more where that came from... hehehe...
