I prefer not to judge especially that I do not know the whole story.
definetly not necessary. saying that she is the victim that doesn't give her the right to go berserk (maybe she is wearing the mask of madness) she should have gone to the management and express her concern there....

Class prejudice is rife here. So many folks boast about being educated during arguments when what they actually mean is I'm wealthier than you... therefore I'm right! Same thing with driving etiquette; people driving expensive vehicles expect that others must yield to them. The crazy thing is that so many regular folks indulge these pricks and their egos.
@reptoid -- in the Philippines, when you have money, you can buy your way out of anything. You are absolutely right. Moneyed Filipinos are treated like royalty. They act reprehensibly because they can get away with it. Those with blue-collar jobs are treated like dirt. A friend of mine, who works in a retail store in California told me this story of a filipina actress, Gelli de Belen. This actress was making a fool of herself, wanting special treatment or something. She demanded to speak to the manager and upon seeing that the manager was Filipino, promptly asked in a pompous tone, "you don't know me? I'm Gelli de Belen!" Needless to say, her shenanigans didn't work. A lot of Filipinos have this sense of entitlement. Rich families, well-off families...they treat their pets better than they treat their maids. We are a highly stratified society.
