I know that in the future if our project is successful, more people will donate lots to be used for this project.

We will get all the help we need.

So, we have to do this right.

We have to plan it well.

First thing first I'd like to stress that there are factors that needs to be considered in this project.

    Such as...

    1. Consent of Parents ( not all streetchildren are orphans.)
    2. Age limit
    3. How to convince them (streetchildren)
    etc...

This will involve a lot of hardwork and conviction to make it a successful journey thus entails proper planning.

I cand lend some assistance on this but prefer to discuss the matter in private.

    Goodluck!
I have similar thoughts with BrickSand, keep me posted please.
Count me in, I will try to form part of your noble project, I've been wanting to do this BTW.

yes. but good leaders are good followers.
we teach them to work and think "win-win".
    no competition inside the house.
    everybody help everybody.

leadership skills are taught boys scout style.

we are all leaders by nature.
the characters you have as a child is the character of a leader.
risk taker, creative, focused--- just like a child.
it is the programs from the people around them that stopped them from being a leader.

i, being much aware of that--can identify a real leader and train him to be a good one.

    welcome back!
    Thank God.
I have people I know who are willing to help now.
This looks well for the project.

I still need a volunteer for a secretary. anybody up to it.
he or she must be cebu based.
and has considerable time to spare for this project.

I have to lay it down.
The team i am planning to form must have members with the best attitude.
to guarantee its success in the management level.

no one is above the other.
    everybody is equal.

    everyone must be positive thinkers.
we think of solutions not problems.

we must be willing to help anonymously.
    without expecting something in return.

no intimacy problem . or personal space problem. whatsoever
Must be willing to give a hug to those kids anytime you see them.

must have a little extra personal money.
this is a non profit organization.
you must be willing to shell out a little of your own money when needed.

    p.s.
we need someone who could officially organize the teams. i think should form two teams. one for the house and one for the fundraiser.
and we also need someone who can do all the necessary papers works and apply permits, etc..

Pacenscia lng jud sa akoa previous statement ing ana man gud ang dating when I read all your post.
well, my point is, DSWD has professional/skilled trainers who took specific course to help, assist and assess unfortunate beings. There should be a comprehensive case study with an individual before you submit him/her to a category or a training program. tingali diay dili fit or applicable niya ang program or dili ra japon niya ma use in the future. nya magbayad or mangita pa mo og trainers.
Im not against the project. ako rang gipoint out na naa pud dpat iconsider.

    again, goodluck with the project.
